The petrochemical industry is traditionally a high energy consumption industry, thus saving in this of great significance terms trying to achieve the national goal “carbon-peak and carbon neutrality” China. Diesel one main products enterprises. diesel hydrotreating (HDT) unit relatively due reaction temperature pressure HDT reactors. In order further explore units under different operating conditions, paper establishes full-process simulation based on kinetics hydrodesulfurization, hydrodenitrogenation, aromatics saturation, Aspen Plus discuss effect conditions electricity, steam, fuel gas consumptions. results show that with increase or pressure, sulfur content oil decreases, but related utilities comprehensive increases. addition, also analyzes changes condition boundaries when quality unchanged. When 8 MPa 317.5 °C, 5% lower than 6 320 °C. Therefore, premise satisfying product quality, can be reduced by increasing decreasing temperature.
